This situation has brought up many different avenues of discussion, including the liability of individual members as they fulfill their callings. This is something most members don't think about, but there are many scenarios where one might find themselves in a difficult situation.

Kolby weighs in on the legal ramifications of clergy penitent privilege and calling the LDS church legal hot line in cases of abuse. He also tells us more about individual member liability, We learned so much from Kolby and we know you will too.
